10 December 2021 - The UK's Denis Brinicombe Group has acquired trace element bolus manufacturer, Rumbol Products.
The two companies set up a joint venture to manufacture and distribute cattle boluses in 2020. Rumbol is based in Clydebank, Scotland.
Keith Greig, Managing Director at Denis Brinicombe Group & Rumbol Products Ltd, commented: "I’m delighted to say that today we announced the acquisition of Rumbol Products Ltd of Clydebank, the original bolus manufacturer that has supplied the global livestock industry for over 30 years."
"Rumbol will continue to operate as a stand-alone manufacturing business and Brinicombe will continue to be its customer and supply the trade through B2B Nutrition," he added.
