How do I login?

Please go to this page and enter your email and password. If logging in for the first time please go to this page, it's our forgotten password page but it's the same process to create new account details.

We have introduced a new two-step process where you will be emailed a code the first time you login from any new device. As soon as you enter your email and password look out for an email from us. Enter the short numeric code and your device will be remembered - you won't need a code again unless you use a different device (e.g. your mobile or a new laptop) or your settings change substantially.

I've forgotten my password or need to reset it.

Please use this page as above, you'll just need to enter the email address you're registered with and we'll send you a link by email. You'll be prompted to create a new password and will then be able to complete login by re-entering all your details. Passwords must be 10 characters but you can choose what type of characters.

I can't find the code you've emailed me.

Please add access@feedinfo-mfa.com to your safe senders list. If you are still having problems please contact us.

I am getting a message that I have exceeded the number of devices that can login to my account. 

We have set the number of devices that can login to any one account to two e.g. your laptop and your mobile. If you genuinely need more than two devices please contact us and we will discuss your needs.

Some of my colleagues don't have access, why not?

Please contact us to check that they have an active subscription within your company's licence.
