Onto the news: Following a 90-day pause for US retaliatory tariffs on China which ends on August 14, the US trade team has reportedly come to an agreement with Chinese officials, after a June 11 announcement from US President Trump via social media.
Specifics regarding the US-China trade deal have not been made public. However, Trump’s social post referred to an agreement on rare earth and magnet trade, allowing Chinese students tariffs, and China 10% tariffs.
