Manager - Sales, Animal Nutrition Ingredients
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Description
Objective:
● To achieve business target in animal nutrition business in Thailand, Malaysia and CLM through market intelligence & business excellence
Main Responsibilities
● Demonstrate customers and distributors management in regard to relationship and sales transaction from order to delivery to maximize customer satisfaction
● Evaluate and update market intelligence on animal nutrition business including customer profiles, market trends and competition in assigned market
● Coordinate with regional team on sales package, pricing, shipment status and all issues related to sales transaction.
● Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the business goal
● Create sales data (monthly report, sales activities, sales forecast, APO Forecast) to share with local and regional team
● Identify and explore new opportunities to expand business via new market and new product approach
● Coordinate with technical team to provide technical solution as customers’ request.
● Conduct marketing activities (i.e. roadshow and seminar) and participate in all customer related events to enhance business development and networking with people in the industry
● Coordinate with regional team to provide optimal service or special program (i.e. sustainability) to clients
Requirements
● Bachelor degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Engineering or related Science. Master degree is a plus.
● 8-10 years of working experience in sales and marketing in related fields. Direct experience in animal nutrition business is an advantage
● Dynamic and highly motivated personality.
● Good command in computer literacy (MS Office)
● Demonstrate Customer Focus, Drive Sustainable Solutions, Communicate Effectively
