30 July 2021 - Partner in Pet Food (PPF) has announced it will acquire Polish pet food producer Mispol for an undisclosed amount, in agreement with NDX Group, a privately held investment company in Lithuania.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the next few months, subject to customary regulatory approvals and contractual closing conditions.
The Mispol Group was established in 1997 in Białystok, Poland, and produces high quality pet food for the Polish market as well as international customers.
The latest transaction by PPF follows on from its September 2020 acquisition of Swedish pet food manufacturer Doggy, and of Italian producer Landini Giuntini in January 2021.
