3 May 2021 - Sustainable pet food producer, Natural Pet Food Group, has been acquired by investment firm KKR for an undisclosed amount.
KKR will support the company's international growth via its KKR Asian Fund IV, to help Natural Pet Food export its sustainable pet-food outside of New Zealand.

The demand for high-quality, premium pet food is on the rise globally and the company believe it is ideally placed to expand its own high-meat, locally sourced, sustainable pet food offerings.
