Recent moves (in alphabetical order of company) include:

Barentz has appointed Anthony Hollett as lead account manager for the UK Animal Nutrition division, including both agriculture production species and pet food. Anthony has worked in both the agricultural animal and pet food sectors for over 10 years ranging from speciality feed ingredients in monogastric, ruminant and aqua species to premixes, having previously worked for Kemin, Trouw Nutrition and IMCD while coming from a technical background.

Tom Glavin has been appointed to lead the Vitablend Antioxidant business of Barentz across UK and Ireland.  Vitablend is part of the Barentz Group and a world leader in Fortification and Protection of both food and animal nutrition.  He will take particular responsibility for the pet food, rendering and renewables sectors as well as have product responsibility across the food and feed sectors in both markets. Tom has worked with Antioxidants for 10 years previously with Premium Ingredients where he represented Vitablend.

 

The BioMar joint venture in Turkey, BioMar-Sagun has chosen a Managing Director to head the business. Yasemin İşsever who has held a senior management role at Abalıoǧlu, is a well-respected profile in the Turkish aquaculture industry with a strong track record leading businesses within farming, processing, and feed manufacturing. She accepted to take on the challenge of heading up the company, filling the vacancy left by Bora Aydemir. Yasemin İşsever will take over the position as Managing Director from Bora Aydemir who has been employed in the position since the establishment of the company. Yasemin İşsever has been working for Abalıoǧlu since 2004, where for the last 10 years she headed their aquaculture business managing both the fish farming and feed production areas.

 

Lallemand Animal Nutrition welcomes four new colleagues to support its poultry and swine teams globally.

Corinne Morvan, Aviguard product manager and poultry technical deployer. Morvan brings more than 20 years of experience in poultry nutrition and breeding (management, biosecurity, and welfare). After different experiences with poultry premix and feed producers in France, Corinne joined Aviagen Turkey as a poultry nutritionist for EMEA.

Cindy Jacobs, swine technical deployer, will be responsible for swine technical support in the Benelux Union; Central, Northern, and Eastern Europe; and Russia. Jacobs’ more than 20 years of experience as a swine nutritionist in relevant companies.

Camille Leballeur, swine technical déployer. After a successful training period with Lallemand in 2019, Leballeur graduated from Ecole Supérieure d’Agriculture d’Angers (ESA) in France and completed an internship at Danone Research. Among other tasks, she will manage field trials in different European locations and will help in the development of swine liquid feed applications for probiotic inoculants.

Isalie Bénéditti, marketing coordinator for swine and poultry solutions, will help coordinate global swine and poultry marketing projects and support local marketing and sales teams. Bénéditti brings expertise on topics such as building the brand image and launching a digital communication strategy. She has worked in both Europe and Australia and brings her global marketing experience to Lallemand Animal Nutrition.

 

Micronutrients has announced the promotion of Brian Rittgers to the role of General Manager, Feed Additives.

 

NUQO announced that Thanapatsanun Suesat has joined as Technical Manager for Thailand. Ms. Thanapatsanun Suesat obtained her MSc degree in Animal production from Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus, Thailand. She applied the knowledge of Animal production and reproduction to work in the feed additives market for more than 10 years. Previously, Thanapatsanun worked in the business of feed additives for 6 years and was responsible for the technical support to customers and the quality system (FAMIQs). Later on she acted as Quality Manager and Deputy Managing Director responsible for the staff in Thailand.

 

Orffa has appointed Anne-Sophie Goblet as COO Ingredients.

 

Following the consolidation of Olmix’s shareholding structure in October, Amadéite and Motion Equity Partners have appointed Jean-Christophe Juilliard as Olmix’s CEO. Juilliard’s previous roles include CEO of the Liagrain Group and since the end of 2017, he was at the head of the Ingredients division of French dairy cooperative Sodiaal Group.

 

Trouw Nutrition Indonesia is proud to announce its first Indonesian and female leader Wully Wahyuni as the GM Trouw Nutrition Indonesia.

 

After a few years at Micronutrients, Keith Roach has been appointed as Managing Director-Product Optimization & Strategy at United Animal Heath.
