22 January 2021 - Two Indiana agricultural cooperatives, Co-Alliance LLP and Harvest Land Cooperative, will merge on February 1. Together they will operate as Co-Alliance Cooperative, and will be headquartered in Avon.

The merger is expected to bring efficiencies to the agronomy, energy, grain, swine, and animal nutrition services of each company. Together, the new cooperative will have over 1000 employees and $1.3 billion in sales.

Co-Alliance’s Indiana mills produce roughly 400,000 tonnes of feed annually. And several other feed mill locations are part of Harvest Land Cooperative.

Current Harvest Land President and CEO Scott Logue will become executive vice president of Co-Alliance Cooperative.
