9 July 2021 - In an exciting update to the Feedinfo pricing service, subscribers can now see key feed additive information on a regional basis, with vitamins and amino acids prices, trends and commentary clearly segmented for Americas, Asia and Europe markets.
The development is driven by recent research on what the animal nutrition and feed industry would like to see within Feedinfo. The main feedback we received was to see pricing information more easily and quickly for the Americas, Asia and Europe markets.
The Feedinfo analyst and product development teams have spent several months developing this new and useful functionality for subscribers.
What has actually changed on Feedinfo?
Until recently, if users wanted to find the pricing information for a particular product, they had to open the relevant report page. Now, they can access information for the regions that matter most to them at a glance.
Three sections in Feedinfo are now available – pricing for the Americas region, for Europe, and for Asia. Each gives current prices in local currency for each vitamin and amino acid covered by Feedinfo, as well as detailed analyst commentary.
The development includes new trend data visualisations in graphs, with analyst commentary going back to September 2020 for each product. In addition, hovering over a part of the graph clearly shows the price and date.
The changes are aimed at making the pricing service easier to use, helping everyone to get what they need quickly.
Feedinfo has focused on building its pricing capabilities for some time, broadening analyst activity further into Asia and the Americas in response to the industry's need for a more global independent pricing service.
It is another step in Feedinfo's ongoing commitment to becoming the only fully IOSCO-compliant price reporting agency in our industry.
