29 April 2021 – ADM Animal Nutrition’s premix and services business Wisium has acquired Golden Farm Production & Commerce Company Limited, a Vietnamese premix supplier.
Golden Farm operates a factory in Long Khanh, Dong Nai province, which has a production capacity of 8,000 tonnes/year, with a potential to expand to 20,000 tonnes/year.
The acquisition of Golden Farm is expected to significantly expand the range of Wisium premix offerings in Vietnam.
