Anitox has appointed Piotr Cierpiński as New Business Development Manager focusing on Northern Europe and Matthew Oldnall as New Business Development Manager focusing on UK and Ireland.
Biorigin’s Feed Business division has recently been restructured.
Alessandro Lima is now the Biorigin´s Global Feed Business Manager. Lima, DVM and specialized in marketing, has more than 20 years of experience in renowned multinational animal health companies, where he worked in marketing, product and sales management. Claudia Mônaco has recently joined the sales team as Sales Manager for Brazil. Mônaco, also DVM and specialized in marketing, worked for more than 15 years in multinational companies of different industries. Thaila Putarov has become part of the technical sales team as Global Technical Manager for Pets. Putarov is an animal scientist, and has M.Sc and a Ph.D. degrees in Pet Nutrition by UNESP, Botucatu, Brazil. During the last few years, Ms. Putarov was the head of the Pet Nutrition Research Lab at FCAV-UNESP. Fernanda Darpassolo de Souza, biologist, M.Sc. in Food Science and specialized in project management, has worked as a researcher in Biorigin since 2015, and she is responsible for monitoring the portfolio and managing new feed projects. Anderson Dias Santos, animal scientist, and Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition and Production, is responsible for experimental protocols, product analysis, and patents.
Mixscience has appointed Aline Laurent as Purchasing and Sourcing Manager.
Nutreco has announced changed in its Executive Committee.
After a career at Nutreco spanning over 19 years, Harm de Wildt has announced he will retire from the company at the end of 2020. Saskia Korink will take on the role of Nutreco Chief Operating Officer and CEO Trouw Nutrition, from August 15. Until the end of the year, Harm will support Saskia in her transition into the role and lead a number of key projects. He will continue to report into Nutreco CEO Rob Koremans. Saskia joined Nutreco just under two years ago as Innovation Director. Prior to joining Nutreco, she worked at Cargill for over 10 years in a number of roles, including as leader of the Latin American Cocoa business and as Global Marketing Director for Cargill’s Animal Nutrition business. She also held senior-level positions in a number of other companies, including Chief Operating Officer responsible for ABS at Genus plc. Meanwhile, with effect from August 1, Nutreco’s Chief Innovation Officer Viggo Halseth will step down from the ExCo in order to focus completely on his current role of exploring opportunities in the area of alternative aquaculture farming, such as Recirculation Aquaculture Systems (RAS). Viggo will continue to report into Rob Koremans.
